Digital Acquisition Manager

Lead AIRE Ancient Baths' global digital-acquisition strategy across paid, organic, direct, SEO, and generative-search channels.

Responsibilities

• Set the global acquisition strategy, channel mix, budget allocation, measurement framework, and market adaptations.
• Oversee paid media, SEO, GEO, agency relationships, attribution, and conversion-focused experimentation.
• Identify and scale new acquisition sources while reporting CAC, ROAS, traffic, conversion, and booking performance.

Requirements

• Four to six years in digital acquisition with measurable CAC, ROAS, or conversion results.
• Experience managing at least €700,000 per year in advertising investment.
• Fluent Spanish and English plus hands-on paid-media, analytics, SEO, and GEO expertise.
