Men's Locker Room Attendant

Keep the men's locker room, showers and changing areas at Bathhouse Berkeley Heights clean, stocked and welcoming throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise all areas of the men's locker room, including restrooms, showers, sinks, vanities, toilets and changing areas.
• Replenish toiletries, towels, amenities and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Maintain laundry processes, collecting used towels and folding and stocking clean ones.
• Check the locker room for cleanliness throughout the shift and address issues promptly.
• Clean surfaces, fixtures and high-touch areas, and empty bins with proper waste disposal.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards or supply shortages to management.
• Answer guest questions politely while maintaining appropriate boundaries and privacy.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be comfortable working in a men-only space.
• Able to stand, bend, lift and move for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and able to work independently.
• Dependable, punctual and professional, with good communication skills.

Compensation and benefits

$19 / hour
