Site Director (Relocation to US)

Lead an AIRE Ancient Baths site in the United States, with the final relocation market set by business needs and candidate fit.

Responsibilities

• Own bathhouse operations, guest experience, financial objectives, local compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee pools, massage rooms, common spaces, technical equipment, maintenance, cleaning, supplies, and vendors.
• Lead department managers, budgets, reporting, hiring, training, and team performance.

Requirements

• At least three years as a general manager in hospitality, wellness, or fitness and six years in leadership roles.
• Fluent English and Spanish and willingness to relocate within the United States.
• A relevant degree; opening experience and familiarity with spa facilities are preferred.
