Springs & Pool Attendant (Ojo Caliente)

Maintain Ojo Caliente's springs, pools, bathhouse, locker rooms, lounges, linens, water stations, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and service private and communal pool areas, locker rooms, reception areas, lounges, and linen storage.
• Welcome bathhouse guests, explain lockers, exchange towels, escort guests to steam showers and pools, and answer questions.
• Skim pools, monitor and report water-quality issues, and support closures for lightning or biohazard events.
• Maintain linen flow, amenities, wristbands, cleanliness, and opening and closing checklists.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of spa, hospitality, or guest-service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification and computer-system proficiency are preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in heat, steam, cold, rain, snow, and wind.
