Bathhouses hire locker room and spa attendants, sauna guides and hosts, front desk staff, housekeepers and laundry attendants, lifeguard attendants, facilities and pool technicians, cooks and servers, and shift and department managers. Larger venues also have office roles in HR, finance and marketing.
